After soaking all night, these chickpeas are ready to cook all day in the crock pot, then to be made into hummus for Wednesday night’s church potluck:

We’re off to visit Agia Skepi (Holy Protection) women’s monastery this weekend. I’m sure I’ll have a few photos of this beautiful place when we return!
